Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and Manapar LLC, 6614 Ave U, Unit #694, Brooklyn, NY 11234, United States ("we", "us"). We operate the product under the brand Viabasis. You accept these terms when you sign in and use the service. You use Viabasis for a business.

The service

Viabasis is a quote-to-profit and season-money workspace for group tour operators and travel advisors. An AI model extracts facts from the text you provide. You review the facts. A deterministic engine then recomputes prices and totals. The engine never calls an AI model. Any number the system infers, rather than reads, is labeled as an assumption. You must check every assumption.

Outputs are drafts. They need review by a qualified professional before you rely on them. Viabasis gives no pricing, legal, tax or accounting advice.

What Viabasis never does

• It never executes payments. It never sends money to your suppliers or to anyone else.
• It never sends email or messages to your suppliers or your clients. It drafts the text. You copy it and send it from your own mailbox.
• It never sees or stores card numbers.

The only emails Viabasis itself sends are sign-in links, invite links and Stripe's receipt. Replies and service notices come from support@viabasis.com as ordinary correspondence. We send no marketing email unless you opt in later.

Accounts and workspaces

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. Anyone who controls your mailbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. Each workspace belongs to one company. Do not run two companies in one workspace.

You decide who you invite into your workspace. You are responsible for what invited people do. Remove people who leave your company. Tell us at once at support@viabasis.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not enter traveler or passenger personal data during the pilot. Viabasis has no passenger records.
• Only provide content you have the right to process. This includes your suppliers' quotes and the contact and bank details of supplier staff.
• Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service.
• Do not enter content designed to change how the AI behaves.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that breaks this section. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Your data and our processors

For your account data (your name, email and company name) we are the controller. For the material you bring into the workspace, including supplier quotes and the contact details of supplier staff, your company is the controller and we are the processor. We process it only to provide the service to you, on your instructions.

We use these processors to run Viabasis: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Anthropic (AI extraction and supplier-question drafting), Resend (sign-in and invite emails) and Stripe (payments). Under Anthropic's commercial API terms your content is not used to train models, and Anthropic keeps it only briefly. Every database table uses row-level security, so one company can never read another company's rows.

We never train a model on your material. We never sell it. We do no cross-company learning without your explicit consent, and then only in aggregate. Our usage telemetry is content-free: counts, durations and statuses, never quote content. We run no third-party analytics, no session replay and no advertising cookies. Fees

Every workspace starts with 14 days free, with no card. The founding offer is USD 15 per month after that, locked for 12 months from the day you first pay. The Team plan is USD 129 per month after the pilot. You pay through a payment link hosted by Stripe, and Stripe's terms apply to the payment. Pilot members may decline the founding offer and still finish the pilot. Read the cancellation and refunds terms.

Warranties and liability

The service is a prototype and is provided "as is". We give no warranty that it is accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose or error-free. Extraction can miss or misread facts. Check everything. We are not liable for any decision you make from an output, including a price you charge, a payment you make or an obligation you accept.

Our total liability to you under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, or for lost profit, revenue or data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. These terms are governed by the law of Delaware, and mandatory rules in your own country still apply where they cannot be excluded.

Termination and export

You may stop at any time. Write to support@viabasis.com from the email address on your account. We may end the contract with notice by email, or at once if you break the acceptable use section.

You can ask for a copy of your workspace as a JSON file at any time; we provide it on request. After termination we delete your workspace on the schedule in the privacy policy.
