How billing works

The Viabasis subscription is billed monthly by Stripe. You enter your card details on a page hosted by Stripe. Viabasis never sees or stores your card number, and it never executes a payment on your behalf.

The free trial

Every workspace starts with 14 days free. No card is needed, and nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe after your free days, no subscription exists and nothing is charged. We may extend the free days for pilots who send feedback.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by email to support@viabasis.com from the address on your account. We confirm within 1 business day. No reason is needed and no penalty applies.

What happens to the current month

The current month is not refunded. Your access runs to the end of the month you have paid for. After that, no further payment is taken.

The founding price

The founding price of USD 15 per month stays for 12 months from the day you first pay, for as long as the subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, the price then in force applies.

No other fees

There is no setup fee, no per-user fee and no charge for support. The monthly subscription is the only fee. The Team plan is USD 129 per month after the pilot.

Your data after you cancel

You can ask for a copy of your workspace as a JSON file at any time. We delete your workspace on the schedule in the Viabasis privacy policy. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own terms.
