Step 1
The intake
Paste the quote, or add the file. Viabasis reads it and lists the facts it found: rates, the basis of each rate, inclusions, payment terms and deadlines. Excel, Word and PowerPoint files are read inside your browser. Their bytes never leave it.
Step 2
The review, with the human last word
Every fact is editable. You confirm it, correct it or drop it. Any number the system infers, rather than reads, is labeled as an assumption. The AI extracts, you review, and a deterministic engine recomputes. The engine never calls a model.
Step 3
The price and the calendar
From the reviewed facts you get the price at each fill level, the open questions with a drafted email to the supplier, and the season's payment calendar with one row for each due date the supplier names. You copy the email and send it from your own mailbox.
How we handle your data
Your material never trains a model. It stays in your company's workspace, and we never send it to your suppliers, clients or another company.

- Send. We send it to our AI provider to read it, and to our hosting and database providers to run the product. Never to your suppliers, clients or another company.

Pricing during the pilot
Founding offer: USD 15 per month, locked for 12 months.
Paid by card through Stripe. Cancel any time. The Team plan is USD 129 per month after the pilot.
No card details are ever entered on this site or in the app. You enter them on a page hosted by Stripe. Viabasis never sees or stores a card number, and it never executes a payment.
Invite-only pilot
The pilot is limited to six operators. Each one brings a current season of its own business and runs it in Viabasis. There is no sign-up form on this site.
